It is proposed from Saturday 9th to Sunday 17th February 2008.

 

Tartar of sea scallops with coriander end lime, baby tomatoes gazpacho.

 

Escalope of warm foie gras thawed with honey vinegar and apple and figs

 

Pigeaon, mashe potatoes with chesnuts, baby vegetable, pepper sauce

 

Roquefort and apple small tarte fine, endive salad

 

Sweet Trilogy

 

The menu is proposed for 47 € per person,

wines not included.
